WWhy won't my phone let me download a game it's asking for payment information and it won't even take mine or my partners
Either the payment method you're trying to enter is invalid or your bank is rejecting the transaction. Debit cards are not accepted in all countries.

Then contact iTunes store support or your bank. This is a user forum. We are not Apple. We can't tell you exactly why your payment method is being rejected. Perhaps you have a balance due to the store for a previous transaction.
